Powerful and vibrant, this Sauvignon Blanc is the embodiment of freshness. Using sustainably grown fruit, it sings of gooseberry, citrus, tropical fruit and grassiness filled with zippy and fresh acid giving it structure and length. All this balances superbly with a creamy softness. Try it with deep sea alfosino fettuccini.

Good varietal character, good balance, length and mouthfeel. Is there a seachange with more mature vines? Is it the specialised sauvignon blanc yeast? The one flavour component that doesn't impress is in the grass/herb/green pea quadrant.
