Made from locally grown grapes in the Rutherglen region, this medium-bodied wine is known for its excellent structure. This wine has distinctive flavours of lemon, honey and peach. A savoury wine which is very food friendly. Matches nicely to white meat dishes.

Marsanne
Fermented to dryness in stainless steel tanks, the wine was then transferred to premium French oak barrels which had contained the previous vintage of our Family Cellar Marsanne, where it matured on full lees for five months to add texture prior to bottling in February 2017.
Light to medium bodied with a minerally character and good acid on the finish which provides great structure and ensures it is very food-friendly.
The fruit is hand-picked in the cool of the morning and then destemmed and crushed to the press on arrival at the winery. The juice was cold settled for 24 hours before being racked and inoculated with yeast for fermentation.
