Well respected David Clouston has delivered with this pale salmon pink number. Spend a Sunday at the beach sipping on this clean, fruit driven, dry rosé from the Wairau Valley. Light and refreshing with a delicately crisp acidity which fades to a clean dry finish. Chill well and enjoy on its own or with salads and prawn dishes.
An attractive, fresh, and stylish New Zealand Rosé full of strawberry and rose petal aromas.

Black Cottage Rosé was inspired by David’s long stint working in Corsica and the South of France crafting fresh, crisp, dry, salmon pink Rosé. Treated very much as a white wine in the cellar, with the added benefit of 10 weeks on light lees, increasing the texture and palate weight. The focus has been to make a fruit driven dry wine to have as an aperitif or to match lighter cuisine.
