This multi-award winning treasure from South Australia’s Langhorne Creek is vibrant and deep garnet in colour with a blackberry, earthy eucalypt mint and subtle violet scent. It’s dripping with succulent blueberry and blackcurrant flavours alongside five spice and mint chocolate. French oak characters join seamlessly with juicy, tight tannins giving the wine persistent flavour and elegance. If you have the patience to cellar it, this cabernet will continue to improve and soften for another 10 years or more.

Deep garnet, bricking hue; showing some cedary development with black olive pasta and red and black fruit on display; very drying and tannic, nonetheless, there is a rich vein of fruit that should overcome the softening of the tannins over time.
