Brothers in Arms Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
6.7
This multi-award winning treasure from South Australia’s Langhorne Creek is vibrant and deep garnet in colour with a blackberry, earthy eucalypt mint and subtle violet scent. It’s dripping with succulent blueberry and blackcurrant flavours alongside five spice and mint chocolate. French oak characters join seamlessly with juicy, tight tannins giving the wine persistent flavour and elegance. If you have the patience to cellar it, this cabernet will continue to improve and soften for another 10 years or more.
Elegant tannins provide a refined mouth feel with a precise structure. Careful oak usage adds complexity and depth.
