Matured in a blend of one year old and two year old French oak barriques for 14 months.
Luscious thick skin berries that are hand picked just at the moment of full ripening for intensity of flavour producing a classic Clare Valley shiraz and a satisfying palate overflowing with dark fruit, tannins and oak finely balanced.
The handpicked fruit was open fermented and basket pressed using traditional methods.
