Forward, full-yellow colour. Apricot and other stone fruit aromas, some toasty, grilled hazelnutty flavours, Meursault-like; rich and soft and round, if not all that persistent. Very good flavour; a satisfying wine, the full Burgundy box of tricks. A rather full, old-style chardy.
