With a touch of sweetness, this smart pinot gris is all pears, apples, citrus and honey. Think apple and apricots. It’s medium-bodied, smooth and soft with a bright dry finish. Take this one to your local Thai restaurant and partner with fishcakes or a home cooked roast chicken.

Tasting Note
AromaPinot Gris offers a bouquet of ripe fruit and fruit compote, fully in harmony with notes of apricot and honey of flowers.

Going Gris, Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine, October/November 2014
Shows a little development, adding complexity to the rich, poached pear aroma. The palate’s richly flavoured with sweet fruit and spices, finishing with balanced acidity. Otton loved its, “Almond and mandarin characters. Good complexity. Light, cleansing palate with acid rippling across it. Marzipan, stone fruits, citrus. Succulent length and resonance.” The label rates it medium-dry. A superb example.
