Fresh, clean and long, the palate is delicate followed by by mouth-watering acidity. A classy and well made wine with immediate appeal yet the backbone required for the long-haul.

A delicate citrus palate with fine minerality leads to a seamless acid backbone, delivering a wine with great line and length.
After the grapes are harvested at night, the fruit is gently crushed, and the first 500 liters of free run juice is cold settled for 48/72 hours. The clear juice is then racked off and fermented with a neutral yeast strain for approximately three weeks at 14 degrees Celsius. The finished wine is cold settled again after fermentation, prior to racking and clarification.
