Vinification
Our five individual blocks and their various sections where handled separately in the winery and vintage 2013 created 16 unique batches of wine. The grapes were fermented in a combination of open and closed fermenters after gentle destemming, with some batches receiving whole bunches.

This wine peers down at the landscape of ready drinkability, age worthiness, individuality and regional good faith, and then proceeds to walk the fine line between them all. It is its own self and it will appeal to many because of that; it's as ironical as it it is true. Bright raspberries, dark blackberries, peppercorns and cedar spice; all these flavours and more. It works, quite beautifully.
