Stylish, taut and linear, with a delicate scent of green apple skin, white flowers and pear with chalky undertones. With the faintest trace of sweetness deftly balanced by a steely acidity, it's long and penetrative with juicy apple, pear and white peach flavour underpinned by a wet slate-like texture. Destined to cellar very well.
