Ah, Provence. The style that most rosé makers want to emulate. Made from grenache, shiraz and cinsault. Pale salmon colour.
Inviting nose of red grapefruit, strawberries and cream, red capsicum and peaches. Distinctly dry, crisp, savoury and textural style.
There’s fruit flavours of grapefruit and soft red currant but ultimately it’s about the texture.
Will suit many styles of food: from a pomegranate salad to meatier seared tuna steaks. Classy. 9/10
