Vinification
The wine is made using the full range of traditional winemaking techniques. Several small parcels of fruit are fermented in open tanks at 20-30 degrees with whole bunches and stalks included. Minimal oak influence allows the wine to fully express the spicy fruit aromas of the Grenache grape and the long dry finish of Mataro.

A fragrant mix of red berry, plum and dark chocolate on both the bouquet and medium to full-bodied, strongly structured, palate; its unusual length lifts it onto another plane altogether.
