The Gundagai Rosé is a wonderful example of a year-round, dry and crisp rosé. Pale salmon pink in colour, bright acidity and flavours of raspberry, huicy strawberry and watermelon. A lovely silky texture with a slight, zesty touch. Great finish. Pair wonderfully next to a Kingfish ceviche.

Pinot noir. Raspberry and strawberry aromas with Danish pastry, hints of musk stick and a squeeze of pink grapefruit. Full palate weight, full of spice and finishing dry. 9/10.

A pale cherry pink and such a cheery rose full of strawberries and cream, plus a hint of balsam. Mouth-watering on the palate thanks to lemony-zesty acidity with some watermelon crunch. It's also pleasingly dry, yet not short on texture.
