Clean and crisp with passionfruit and guava flavours. Beautifully balanced with a refreshing mineral acidity giving a lingering finish.
Sauvignon Blanc grapes were selected from our Estate vineyard. Full protective handling was utilized during processing of the grapes and juice to avoid any oxidation or browning. The juice was clarified and a long cool ferment, in stainless steel tanks using a selection of aromatic yeast stains, followed. To maximise the retention of fresh fruit flavours and aromas, the resultant wine was bottled early and under screw cap.

This Sauvignon Blanc stands out from the rest and shows it’s cool climate origins with it’s complexity and lively mouth feel. With tropical fruit, musk, lychee, guava and passionfruit flavours it’s a pleasure to drink with seafood, spicy asian food or all by itself.
