Sauvignon Blanc grapes were selected from our Estate vineyard. The juice was clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks using a selection of aromatic yeast stains. To maximise the retention of fresh fruit flavours and aromas, the wine was bottled early and under screw cap.

This Sauvignon Blanc stands out from the rest and shows it’s cool climate origins with it’s complexity and lively mouth feel. With musk, cut grass and passionfruit flavours it’s a pleasure to drink with seafood, spicy asian food or all by itself.
