Excellent. Rich, ripe mulberry aromas and mulberry pie flavours with more savoury suggestions of liquorice and smoky oak nicely balanced and integrated around gritty tannins, the finish and aftertaste more pleasingly juicy and savoury than fruity. Can’t think of anything better for it to pair with than a thick, chargrilled steak.
