47/30/23% blend of the three varieties. It's meant to be a 'gentle' wine and indeed it is. It's blossomy on the nose and lively in the mouth. Flavours of nashi pear and spice, rose oil and apple do the spruiking but the wine's soft, easy-going mouthfeel defines it. Lovely. (Campbell Mattinson)
