Very light yellow colour; youthful, and the aroma is floral and dry straw-like. The wine is very restrained, delicate, dry and light-bodied, but not austere. The finish is dry and it has quite firm lemony acidity; tense, taut and bracing.

A rather interesting expression of riesling from the Great Southern. It’s a combo of free-run juice and then pressings which have been wild-fermented in barrel. Has a limey spiciness that really gives the lips a decent smacking. Long and flavoursome. Mighty impressive alternative riesling style.
