A great wine that will deliver all you want in a cool climate cabernet without breaking the bank. All the juicy dark red berries we love come to the fore alongside bramble, dark chocolate and violet characters, all wrapped up in earthiness and fine-grained tannin. It’s a medium-bodied red that’s soft, fleshy and elegant. If you’re keen to see what a bit of cellaring will do, give it 3-5 years.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Following pressing the wines were left to mature in 300L French oak hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling in April 2018.
Elegant, fine and long. An explosion of summer fruits and complex earthy notes suggesting a long future.
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and fermented slowly for 2-3 weeks extracting bright flavours and elegant tannins from the skins.
