Great wines begin in the vineyard, the quality of the fruit source is pivotal to the consummation of the final wine. Nobody is better positioned than Sticks. This wine shows a clear hue, with light lime tinges. Blissful aromas of sugar snap pea, jasmine, florals and kiwifruit flow from the bouquet, with the powerful, textured and fruit driven palate featuring flavours of kiwifruit, crisp snow pea and mandarin. This refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed young, but can also be consumed after cellaring it for about 3 years. Enjoy with seafood like freshly seared scallops.

Textured entry gives way to a precise, lively palate with flavours of grapefruit, white stonefruit, currant leaf and snow pea.
The cloudy juice was racked within 24 hours and inoculated with selected yeast. Approximately 5% of the wine was fermented in old oak. The combination of cloudy juice and a small barrel fermented portion adds richness and texture to the palate. The wine was then managed on lees for approximately 5 months prior to blending and preparation for bottle.
