From one of Australia's best Riesling winemakers, comes this impeccably structured wine. It's overflowing with orange and quince blossom and hints of sweet citrusy pink grapefruit. Deliciously mouth-filling, the palate explodes with lemon and lime flavours that take you all the way to a crisp, dry, lingering finish. This is craftsmanship in motion. Try it with asparagus wrapped in prosciutto.

A tangier more vibrant drop than the Jim Barry with suggestions of a lime fruit tingle-like effervescence in the mouth. The palate lifted towards the finish by a popular touch of fruit sweetness balanced with fresh acidity. Chill well.

Don Lewis has been a top riesling maker for years and this effort with Narelle King is a worthy example, with its lemon blossom and citrus nose, lime cordial palate and crisp finish. Enjoy by itself or with seafood such as scallops or mud crab over the next five years or more.

The first riesling from Tar & Roses, 80% sourced from Nagambie Lakes, 20% from the Strathbogie Ranges. Given the decades Don Lewis spent at the winemaking helm of Mitchelton, it's an overdue move. The flowery, blossom and musk aromas lead into a generous palate of lime juice and lemon curd, freshened on the finish by good acidity.

Mostly Nagambie Lakes plus 20 per cent Strathbogie Ranges fruit, this just sings with glorious, almost heady citrus orchard smells, and a creamy layer to add extraordinary textural complexity as well, its fine taper finish driven by a superfine, powder-dry feel. Excellent all on its own.

Winemaker Notes
When picked at optimal level of ripeness, the riesling grape has a beautiful dusty pale lemony gold colour, with a sweet musk stick flavour. With care and attention, we aim to retain these characters through to the finished wine.
