Sauvignon blanc in a juicy, easy-going style from this cool region. Aromas run the varietal gamut from cantaloupe and sweet stonefruit through to passionfruit, lime and gooseberry. The palate shows good texture, the flavours mostly at the riper end of the spectrum, the natural acidity providing a fresh, clean finish. (Steven Creber)
